Do we need to load carbohydrate before marathon? Is that save for us? Yes, you can do that. Marathon need more energy than usual exercise. Because it take long time and body need extra energy to power you through the race. Carb-loading is good for supply your extra enerty. But you should remember, don’t do it over, just consume enough amount of nonrefined carbs.
